The December vacation has been spent playing with numerous electronic gadgets that my various family members have received for Christmas. The surge in technology appears to know no bounds and the speed of progress is unbelievable.
This has perked my interest again in technology, perhaps finally I can forgive the technology market for the losses I made when the IT bubble burst. I have decided to dust off one of a selection of books on technology investing called Investing in Technology by Bone. This book has a relatively simple framework to work through to help basic investors understand the technology market.
Perhaps in 2009 I will dip my toe in the water again.

Funny thing though, I thought there were circuit breakers that suspended trading for a bit to let the markets settle down after a large point drop.
